Open Gym — The Entire Space at Your Disposal

The Be Water Open Gym is not your typical gym open session. Here, you get free access to the entire space: the functional training area, the dojo, the mats, boxing bags, bars, dumbbells and much more. It's not just a gym — it's a complete training space, designed for those who want to train their own way.

No structured classes, no coach dictating the pace. You decide what to train, how to train and for how long. The space is yours.

The Space — Much More Than a Gym

At Be Water, Open Gym gives you access to every zone in the club. You're not limited to a weight room — you have a versatile space designed for functional training, martial arts and much more.

Functional Training Area

Olympic bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, TRX and all the equipment we use in BE WATER classes. Train strength, conditioning or mobility — at your own pace.

Dojo & Mats

The mats are available for free ground training, Jiu-Jitsu drills, mobility work or simply stretching. If you want to roll with someone, coordinate with another member — the space is at your disposal.

Boxing Bags

Heavy bags and speed bags available for striking work. Perfect for practising combinations, cardio work or simply blowing off steam.

Bars & Dumbbells

Free weight zone with bars, dumbbells, benches and racks. Everything you need for a strength or hypertrophy session on your own.

How It Works

Open Gym is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Like all other modalities, just book the slot that suits you through the app and show up.

All Be Water plans include Open Gym access. Train your way, at your pace, with no restrictions. If you have questions about equipment or exercises, the team is always around to help.

Open Gym FAQ

What can I do during Open Gym?

Everything. You have access to the full functional training area (bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls), the dojo and mats, boxing bags and the free weights zone. You can train whatever you want — strength, cardio, mobility, striking, ground drills.

Can I use the mats during Open Gym?

Yes. The mats are available during Open Gym hours for free training, drills, mobility or rolling arranged with other members. Just respect the space and other users.

Do I need to book?

Yes. Like all other classes and modalities, Open Gym requires booking through the app. Just reserve the slot that suits you (9:30am–12:30pm or 4:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday) and show up.

Is Open Gym included in all plans?

Yes. All Be Water plans — Elite, Rise, Starter, Drop-In and Packs — include Open Gym access. No extra charge.

Is there a coach available during Open Gym?

Open Gym is autonomous training — there's no structured class or dedicated coach. However, the Be Water team is always on site and available to answer questions about equipment or exercises.
